It is indicated for intravenous therapy in patients with acute decompensated heart failure who have dyspnea at restduring light activities. Heart failure > Class II according to NYHA classification. The product is administered by intravenous bolus at a loading dose followed by an intravenous drip at the maintenance dose. 0.5 mg/500 U/vial.
